Are you nervous about Meet the Firms? PEPtalks and Advice with A Slice provide immediate preparation
Listen to a live PEPtalk (think TEDtalk for accounting recruits) from professionals representing Add Source Group, Alabama Society of CPAs, PangeaTwo, UWorld Accounting, The Siegfried Group, and Vaco to prepare for a successful Meet the Firms experience. Join on September 1 from 5:00 - 6:00 PM in the HHH Best Conference Room to learn about body language, how to have a great conversation, the importance of the person you haven't met, creating a campus to career mindset, and having confidence to share your unique story.
Advice with A Slice will also be hosted from 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM in Lowder Hall, Room 101 on September 1. There will be several stations throughout the event, including Career Fair preparation and help, pizza, and mock Meet the Firms introductions hosted by representatives from Add Source Group, Alabama Society of CPAs, PangeaTwo, UWorld Accounting, The Siegfried Group, Becker CPA, and Vaco.
