Summer 2026 Finance & Accounting Intern — Atlanta, GA | Hybrid | Paid Internship

Our finance and accounting team sits at the center of fund operations, SEC reporting, and investment valuation across a growing portfolio of high-growth companies.

The Opportunity: We are seeking a motivated Finance & Accounting Intern to join our team for a 6–8 week paid engagement beginning mid-May (some flexibility on start date). This is a hands-on role where you'll work directly alongside experienced finance professionals supporting real fund operations and reporting. You'll leave with direct exposure to how private market investment firms operate, value assets, and meet regulatory obligations.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with valuation of private market investments, including aggregating data, performing analysis, and recording results
• Support SEC and financial reporting processes for a registered Business Development Company (BDC)
• Perform account reconciliations and assist with subscription and investor activity tracking
• Help prepare workpapers and supporting schedules for quarterly reporting
• Assist with SOX controls testing

What We're Looking For:

• Student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Must be located in Atlanta and available to work on-site 2–3 days per week (Buckhead location)

Compensation: This is a paid internship at $30/hour.
